My challenge was to create a strategic marketing plan for a commodity product (smart lights).

Lead the way
The strategy I’d created is goal-oriented. Every product fulfills a specific cause. The three main objectives we meet when purchasing products are autonomy, security, and pleasure. In our research, we discovered that the product would be used for fun, and it will be used more like a toy for kids. Therefore we chose the achieve the “Pleasure” objective and based our strategy on that.
